Terms and Conditions:
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, ibi designs will provide the professional services as described above. All production services are invoiced at a fixed rate of $ 85.00/Hour. All first time customers will be required to send 50% payment in advance - an estimate will be provided via email. A 10% additional fee applies to all rush services. All current ibi designs customers will pay invoices upon receipt, a 2.5% finance charge will be applied after 30 days upon received invoice date. A minimum cancellation fee of $ 250.00 will be applied and paid directly to ibi designs inc. when the artwork satisfies the client’s stated requirements, but the client decides for reasons outside our control, not to use the art or to alter on their own.
